: In the following cases, nominated directors can be removed by the majority of the shareholders present in the general meeting. (a) in the event of any disqualification set forth in Section 9, or
(b) If absent from the meeting of the committee more than three times in a row without the permission of the committee, and because of that absence, if it is considered unreasonable from the point of view of the Government of Nepal if it is a nominated director or from the point of view of the general meeting if it is an elected director, or
(c) If it is proved that he is a shareholder in any contract lease with the Institute in violation of Section 16.
